How pricing works — frequently asked
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No. The Floor Plan tier requires no monthly fee and no contract. Service Plan and House Plan are month-to-month and cancel any time before the next billing cycle — the platform-fee reduction is the headliner, not the subscription alone.
Which booking fee applies per booking?
Every plan takes a Stripe platform fee on each booking — 15% on Floor Plan, 8% on Service Plan, 3% on House Plan. The reduced rates on Service and House plans apply to add-on revenue as well. There is no placement commission and no agency markup.
Do you bill venues or pro clients?
Hosts are billed only when a booking is confirmed. Pros see the post-fee take before accepting a gig, and the platform fee is the same regardless of tier — the difference is which bookings, response windows, and corridor placement the host unlocks.
Can we upgrade mid-month?
Yes — upgrade from Floor to Service or Service to House any time and the new response SLA, active-pro count, and corridor-landing placement kick in immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
